Step By Step Directions:

​1.) Click on Mailings
2.) Click Start Mail Merge
​3.) Click Letters
4.) Select Recipients and click "Use Existing List" and choose your Excel File
​5.) Click Insert Merge Field and choose "First" and "Last" (then put a comma)
​6.) Click Insert Merge Field and put "Message" before your 2 paragraphs.
​Instrucciones paso a paso:

1.) Haga clic en Correos
2.) Haga clic en Iniciar combinación de correspondencia
3.) Haga clic en Letras
4.) Seleccione Destinatarios y haga clic en "Usar lista existente" y elija su archivo de Excel
